Medical Social Services

For clients who just got out of the hospital, we provide medical social services for them and their families to help them transition back home easily. Our medical social worker will provide psychosocial services and more, to help clients recover. We also become advocates for our clients to ensure their overall health and safety, even outside the hospital premises.

To ensure that every client’s best interest is observed, we provide various counseling services not just for them but also to their families to help build a more secure relationship between them. These services include psychotherapy, social support, grief counseling, and many others.
